abstract：
Study abroad programs give students the opportunity to develop cultural/global awareness, language capability, applications of the latest innovative technology, unparalleled work experience, and intellectual and personal growth, among a plethora of other competencies. Despite the potential benefits of studying abroad, few students actually participate in these experiences, especially Taiwanese students. In this talk, we will discuss pros and cons of study abroad along with its cost and available programs with future career paths.
